Heidi Ha | Managing Director/Practice Lead
Heidi Ha, a Managing Director/Vice President with ICOR Partners, LLC, brings 15 years of experience in advising senior management and boards on improving top and bottom line business performance. Ms. Ha’s work encompasses both developing and executing performance improvement strategies for clients across Europe, North America and Asia. Ms. Ha has also worked with Chairmen and Boards of Directors on evaluating and improving board performance, with a focus on achieving sustainable bottom-line results and increasing corporate valuation.
Since joining ICOR Partners, LLC, Ms. Ha has led major engagements in the technology and financial industries including: assessed the restructuring program of a major telecommunication provider; working capital improvement program for a US$1.5 billion private equity backed technology service company; due diligence for an outsourcing systems integration business; and major review of a financial services company to identify practical ways to implement earnings improvement and sustainable business model.
Ms. Ha also leads ICOR engagements in the health care sector. Select engagements have included: advising the executive management team of a worldwide health care provider on their turnaround and restructuring program; advising the board of a major health care system on developing a robust business and financial strategy; and assisting a hospital trust board on their transformation program.
Prior to joining ICOR, Ms. Ha Heidi has held management and executive positions with Capital One Financial Corporation, Intelsat, LCC International and Teligent. Previously, she was a member of Booz Allen and Hamilton's Strategic Transformation Group where she led the development of the firm's business transformation services, and managed pre- and post merger integration, privatization, infrastructure and capacity build-out and outsourcing. Ms. Ha has worked across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, technology, telecommunications, financial services, utilities, retail and media. She has undertaken a series of merger integrations, and also acquisitions for large businesses. Her notable clients range from global businesses such as HP, Bristol Meyers Squibb, and Walmart, to predominantly national businesses (AT&T, Sprint, Verizon) and more specialist players. Ms. Ha has also worked with the US public sector (US Federal and State Government) and in quasi public / private sector organizations.
Ms. Ha holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, England and an MBA from the Darden School of Business Administration, University of Virginia. She received her Certified Turnaround Professional Designate from the Turnaround Management Association. She is a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute, and is certified in Sarbanes-Oxley by the SOX Institute. She has published business transformation alignment-related articles for the Strategy and Business Magazine and technology articles for the ITU. She is also a board member of AALEAD, a non-profit organization for enhancing Asian American education.

Robert Kronzer | Managing Director
Robert has helped several of the world’s leading manufacturing, wireless, and telecommunications companies to transform operations, improve productivity, redefine their business model, and open new markets. Most recently, while working with Accenture’s High Tech and Communications group, Robert was an integral member of the Operations Integration team supporting the pre-merger activities between Nextel and Sprint as well as post-merger activities between AT&T Wireless and Cingular. Robert also played a significant role in the business transformation of manufacturing companies like Gulfstream, increasing stakeholder value through business and operational innovation.
Prior to Accenture, Robert held senior-level positions with the International Monetary Fund and Booz Allen & Hamilton. Robert holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and has participated in several leadership courses to include Center for Creative Leadership and Exploring the Leadership Challenge.
